As far as security goes... will we be better with Obama than Bush?

Remember Bush had only been in power for a few months when 9/11 occur. Meaning we already had enemies planing those attacks during the Clinton administration. Seeing how Obama wants to close GITMO, get troops out of Iraq, intentions of talking with terrorists such as Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran not to mention talks with people who hate us like Chavez and Castro. What do you think?
