How do u say ' we were praying for her' in french. no translator?

It looks wrong or weird, but verbs ending in IER need an additional I to form the imperfect! So yes, it would be priions, but honestly, we do not use the imperfect very much in conversation or everyday life. i'd suggest ''nous avons pri� pour elle''; which sounds more realistic to me
