What are the odd bubbles with faces in my 28 week ultrasound?

I recently had an ultrasound done et 28 weeks to rule out certain complications in my pregnancy. Upon looking at the picture, I noticed three little "orb" like bubbles with these evil looking faces around her head. I asked the Dr what they were. her reply......HMMMM not sure. It looks quite freaky and the look on the babys face is not to happy almost scared... what on earth are these "orb" things??
