How to install an aftermarket radio in a 89 ford probe?

I have a after market one but it seems that there is a amp already in the probe, so there are two wiring harnesses and only one can plug into my radio so what do i do the second wiring harness is for the rear and front speakers so no music will be played out of them but if i plug it into that one the radio wont turn on!!!!
