Am I getting hosed on my tune up?

their basically over charging you really bad on this one,the 99 diagnoses fee is a little to much,because this should be included with the tune up fee not to be that much either,i haven't ever charged that much for any tune up on any dodge or any other kind of car for that matter,you need to find another shop,you can get that done for a lot less money,its going to take them about 2 hours tops to do this one,so yes your being charged way too much,an astro van isn't that hard to work on that they need to charge this much in labor,if it needs it real bad,find another shop to do this or talk to them about the amount they are going to charge for doing it,good luck.
