Chi serum quality concern?

I have used these products as well. The protector is awesome but I have never like the serum the good thing is you got it from a salon so if you aren't happy they will let you return it and you can try a new product. I perfer the bio-silk over the chi even though the chi is suppose to be better...i agree with you it's not a good product.
