Clinton urges China to send signal to North Korea?

What,s the question?. If it is, What is going to Happen as a result of North Korea attacking South Korea?. That is anyones guess, but the world is ready for another war. It is natures way of controlling populations, albeit man made. My own opinion is that North Korea will listen to nobody and will continue to threaten world peace. Unfortunately the only solution is destroying North Korea, almost certainly beacause of North Korea,s mentality resulting in Neuclear War. Are human beings intelligent? Not a chance.
