Do insurance companys cover you if?

ok my bf and i were talking about this the other day...if i was to become pregnant in the next few months and he doesn't want me working if im pregnant or working as much so i would lose my insurance threw my job (im a nurse aid at a nursing home) would i able to either A. go on his insurace til the baby was born? or B. if we got married right away would i able to go on his insurance after knowing i was pregnant
