I don't know where you can go to meet women, perhaps a pottery cl or something. When you do meet a woman you are interested in, ask her lots of questions about herself and what she thinks about things. Women love attention and they love to be heard. If you notice her drinking a bottle of Mountain Dew ... bring her a bottle of Dew to cl the next day. You should see a special smile / eye contact from her that lets you know she likes you.
