Which Processor is better?

I would go with the first one because of the fan. you need to keep it cool. heat is the biggest problem in computers or electronics in general. ive seen too many peoples processors melt onto the heat sink becuase they dont have enough fans on their system. The first one also has the faster GHz so i would choose that too.
