Who are the 5 people that Two Face (Harvey Dent) kills in The Dark Knight?

In the movie, Commissioner Gordon says that Two Face (Dent) killed 5 people including two cops. Who are the 5? I know he kills the one cop in the bar, then Eric Roberts and his driver. It seems like Martinez (the other cop) lives in the scene, but I will ume she was 1 of the 5 and 1 of the cops he mentions. Even with her added, that is only 4. Who is the other person? The bartender?
