Do people from Kerry have Celtic Ancestry?

Im half Irish,Speak Irish,Born in Ireland (kerry) and just wondering if i have Celtic Ancestry more than likely. My mom has dark/brownish hair and Blue eyes i asked her she doesn't know LOL.Could you tell me thanks
