Sumthing scary down there PLEASE help me!?

im a gurl. and this is weird. so i was taking a shower and i noticed that this little piece of skin was hanging off along the side down there..on the inside along the the wall of the vag-a-J..not where the "holes" or are pardon my n0n-scientific vocab..but wut the hek.?? when i got a proper loook it looked like it was hanging down off the the side of a long strip of skin which i also m not sure the name of..BUT IM SOO SCARED omg. im onli 16..and i am on accutane..for medicine but is it anything to do with that? i havn't got my period yet..and rite now is about time..i've been gettint the pains for about a day and half that i usually do before i get it .but no blood. and is this skin thing normal??? im soo freaking out THANKS.
