Is The Hunters Point Naval Base In San Francisco Still Up?

There is no naval base. We don't have any ghettoes in San Francisco. Hunters Point is a lower income neighborhood. You can roam around wherever you want to. I never heard of any radioactivity. It has been vacant since 1974. There is a plan by the city to build several thousand homes on the site.
