Urgent!!!! Please help , my tounge peircing is bleeding like crazy!?

I was almost asleep when I felt my one week old tounge bar throbbing in my tounge. Then my mouth felt like it was filling with thick salvia then I tasted blood. I ran out of bed and looked in the mirror, it was bleeding so uncontorllably, all I was doing was sleeping. Didn't even move my tounge and it just started bleeding. Blood was litteraly pouring out my mouth and bleed for abut 10 minutes. My tounge turned a dark red colour besides being covered in blood. And there is this stringy elasticy substance just around the actsul hole of the peircing. What is that stuff?? Please I don't want any negative comments, yes I do regret this peircing, but right now I need help on what to do. The bleeding pretty much stopped but there is still blood around the top ball that I can't get rid of. PLEASE HELP!!! Thankyou
