Monta Ellis the Warriors Hope?

Monta Ellis has stepped up as the leader of the Warriors and has been a great player for them, so far this season. It's unfortunate he's a little banged up right now, but nonetheless he's having a great season, that's deserving of All-Star consideration. As a Warriors fan I don't want to see Monta leave, or get traded, anything like that. But, now I'm hearing the Warriors are considering trading him to the Celtics. How foolish is Chris Cohan and the rest of the front office? Trade away your best player, at 24 years old, for a aging player in Ray Allen? Ridiculous. That's why the Warriors front office is the worst in the league, damn shame.
