Is it possible to get a Bachelors degree from a collection of multiple universities and colleges?

Lets say its a common major that nearly all colleges would offer a 4 year program for. And what i mean by saying is if you say for freshman year you went to a school in the united states, then the next the UK, then Europe, then australia. or anywhere really but to change or transfer universities every year as long as each college accepted the courses you took as courses and allowed you to cont. on?
